Service scope

VPNDeep provides cross-border network acceleration and international route subscriptions, covering 120+ countries and 220+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Users can access client apps and subscription details through the user panel. Available routes and access points are as shown in the panel.

The service provides network connectivity, not third-party platform accounts, content rights or paid membership benefits. When accessing international websites, users must still meet the account, regional and usage requirements of each platform. The availability of a connection on a particular route does not guarantee that all content or features on a platform will always be accessible.

Account and subscription rules

No email address is required; a username and password are enough to create an account. Users should keep their account password and subscription links secure. Do not publish them or leave them in the care of untrusted parties. If they are exposed or used unexpectedly, change the password promptly and request assistance through a panel ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time, for use by the account holder on their own devices. This does not permit resale or account sharing. Users may not sell, rent out or give away subscription access, publicly distribute subscription links, or package the service as a paid connectivity service for others.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. Choose a billing option based on your needs and confirm the price and data allowance before payment.

Acceptable use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they are located and to their actual activities, as well as the rules of the websites, apps and content providers they use. The service must not be used for fraud, infringement, malicious attacks, unauthorized system access, spreading malware or any other unlawful activity.

Users may not disrupt the service, misuse another user's account, exploit system vulnerabilities to obtain unauthorized benefits, or abuse automated systems in ways that interfere with other users' connections. Users are responsible for their own actions and for content they publish or transmit. VPNDeep's no-logs policy does not exempt users from legal responsibilities.

Availability and scope of responsibility

Network connectivity may be affected by local networks, device settings, international links, maintenance and third-party platform policies. VPNDeep does not guarantee uninterrupted connections or permanent access to any specific platform, content or region. If a problem occurs, check your local network and client settings first, then submit a ticket describing the issue.

Third-party platforms set their own account, content and payment rules, and VPNDeep does not control changes to those rules. Users should keep copies of important information and avoid relying on a continuous connection as their only safeguard. Responsibility will be determined under applicable law and based on the actual cause. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or affect the refund commitment on this page.

Payments and refunds

You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. You do not need to explain your experience or provide proof that you could not connect. Sign in to the user panel ticket system to submit a refund request, and include the relevant order so the payment and outcome can be verified.

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. Pay only through the process shown in the panel, and do not transfer funds to unverified recipients. Order verification and refund progress will be discussed through the ticket system. Do not include your account password or full subscription link in a ticket. This page makes no promise about processing times beyond the stated facts.

Account termination and changes to these terms

If VPNDeep finds a violation of these terms, such as unlawful use, resale or sharing, account misuse, or disruption of system operations, it may restrict relevant features, suspend connectivity or terminate the account based on the circumstances. Users who disagree with an action may explain their position through a panel ticket. Account actions do not automatically cancel refund rights provided by law.

Updates to these terms will be published on this page, and the date at the top will be updated. Important changes to service benefits will be announced on the site or through the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce statutory rights that have already arisen. If you have questions or do not accept a change, you may stop using the service and ask about next steps through a ticket. Refunds remain subject to applicable commitments and laws.
