Platforms and access regions
Start with your device, then consider what you want to access. The client window illustrates how to choose a route; it is not a live chat feature. Check the user panel and your actual connection for available routes and platform access.
Supports Windows / Android / iOS / macOS / Linux. Popular routes include the United States, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and Germany. Regions are listed to help you choose an exit point; they do not guarantee identical content or account access across services.

A good connection is about more than whether a page loads. Check peak-hour performance, account privacy, device access and payment options separately to avoid repeatedly switching apps when troubleshooting.
Test your connection at your usual times
A website loading during the day does not guarantee smooth long-form video at night. Peak-hour stability depends on your local network, the cross-border connection and the platform you are accessing. When choosing a route, keep the use case and region fixed, then compare routes suited to that purpose. If playback buffers, pause large downloads on other devices, then test another route in the same region. This makes it easier to identify where congestion occurs than relying on a single speed test. VPNDeep's route guide explains options by use case and does not treat route names as speed guarantees. Test performance on your own network to see how it works for you.

No activity logs; keep your account secure
VPNDeep's privacy policy is to keep no activity logs. This is a service policy; it does not automatically erase information stored on your device, in your browser or by the websites you visit. No email is required to create an account—just use a username and password. Store your login details securely, and never post your account page or subscription details in public forums. When reading the privacy policy, distinguish the service's commitments from how third-party websites handle data. Knowing what you need to keep secure yourself is more useful than relying on vague security claims. On shared devices, log out of the panel when you're done.
- ⌑Sign in with a username and password
- ↳Keep subscription details private
- Read the privacy policy
Use one subscription on desktop and mobile
There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at once, so you can work on a computer and continue accessing the same service on a mobile device. Download the appropriate client for each operating system, then sign in to the panel to get and import your subscription. Do not treat an installer for one platform as a universal version. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data; keep an eye on usage across all connected devices. You can connect based on your device habits without repeatedly signing out of old devices. If one device has an issue, check its subscription update and network permissions without changing settings on other devices that work.

Network access and platform permissions are different
If ChatGPT won't load, the issue may be your network, your account region, a browser session or the platform's service status. First choose an exit region supported by the tool and check that regular websites load; then test sign-in and chat. VPNDeep provides cross-border network access, not an AI tool membership, and cannot replace the platform's own account review. Keeping your access environment consistent in a supported region makes troubleshooting easier than switching regions repeatedly. If the site loads but a feature returns an error, save the error message and follow the steps in the AI Tools guide.
- ✧Check which regions the tool supports
- ↗Test website and account access
- Check the feature itself
Choose the library, then the exit region
Streaming access depends on how a platform identifies your region and network exit; it does not grant content rights. First check which region offers the show you want, choose the matching exit, then verify the title page and playback. A platform may open but show different results depending on your account, its catalog or how it identifies your exit. VPNDeep's streaming guide explains regions, routes and playback troubleshooting separately, which is more useful than relying on a single compatibility badge. HD playback also depends on your platform plan, playback device and local network. A network subscription does not include a streaming membership.

Review the refund policy before paying
VPNDeep offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. Before choosing a plan, read the terms to understand data resets, plan upgrades and refunds, then decide which billing option suits you. If you need help with a connection, submit a support ticket through the user panel and include your device's operating system, selected region and any error message. Do not include your password or full subscription details. Comparing how you plan to use the service alongside the refund policy gives you a clearer picture than looking at prices alone. To request a refund, use the ticket option in the panel and refer to the full terms.

Global routes: choose a region, then test
120+ countries / 220+ routes. The examples below illustrate how to choose a route; they are not a complete list of available options. Cities and route types explain the selection process. Check the user panel for what's currently available.
| Country or region | City | Example route type | Streaming checks |
|---|---|---|---|
| United States | Los Angeles | IEPL dedicated route | Netflix; results may vary—check your connection |
| Japan | Tokyo | Refer to the user panel | Japan catalog; results may vary—check your connection |
| Singapore | Singapore | Refer to the user panel | Content available locally; results may vary—check your connection |
| Hong Kong | Hong Kong | Refer to the user panel | Content available locally; results may vary—check your connection |
| Germany | Frankfurt | Refer to the user panel | Germany catalog; results may vary—check your connection |
Choose a route based on the service you want to use, rather than picking a location at random. For shows, check which region carries them; for AI tools, confirm their supported regions; for everyday browsing, start with an exit that suits your local network. Geographic distance is only one factor: cross-border routing, local networks and the destination website all affect performance. A nearby region may not suit every use case, and a farther one should not be ruled out based on distance alone.
When testing, keep other factors unchanged where possible. Note your current region, route name and the specific issue, then try another route in the same region and compare page loading, sign-in and playback. Changing devices, regions and browsers all at once makes it harder to tell what helped. Route type is a clue, not a guarantee. Learn more about the differences between IEPL dedicated routes, relayed routes and direct connections on the nodes page.
Route status figures are for reference when choosing a route. They do not predict playback on a target platform or guarantee speed. Test access on your local network, and don't use a single moment's readings to judge long-term stability.
View all routes →Get the client for your operating system
Download clients and get subscriptions through the user panel. Sign in to download the VPNDeep client for Windows, Android, macOS or Linux; you don't need to have purchased a plan. The panel provides the iOS download option based on your active plan status. Sign in to the user panel to get your subscription.
After downloading, import your subscription and test the connection
Installing a client does not give you an active subscription. Sign in to the user panel, follow its instructions to get your subscription and import it into the relevant client. Once the route list appears, choose a use case and region. If your operating system asks to add a network configuration, make sure the request comes from the client you just installed before allowing it. After connecting, open the target site and check page loading, sign-in and the feature you need. A connected status in the client alone does not prove every service is working.
When switching devices, sign in to the panel to get your own subscription; don't share it in public chat logs. If importing fails, check your sign-in status and the client's error message, then make sure you copied the full subscription. If the route list is out of date, follow the guide to refresh your subscription. First-time users should follow the complete steps to avoid confusing client installation, subscription import and platform account issues.
Read the getting-started guide →Monthly plans and data packages
Start with your monthly usage habits, then choose a data allowance. Unlimited devices and data allowance are separate: multiple devices can connect at once, while streaming, downloads and other activity use data from your plan.
60GB monthly plan
¥9.9 / month
Best for browsing, research and text-based tools, with an eye on remaining data. If you stream video often, review your usage and choose accordingly.
- Includes 60GB per month
- Unlimited devices
- 30-day money-back guarantee
250GB monthly plan
¥18 / month
For people who switch between browsing and everyday streaming. How long your data lasts depends on video quality, platform encoding and usage on other devices.
- Includes 250GB per month
- Unlimited devices
- 30-day money-back guarantee
500GB monthly plan
¥28 / month
For heavier streaming, file transfers and multi-device use. A larger data allowance does not mean faster speeds; choose routes based on your target service and local network.
- Includes 500GB per month
- Unlimited devices
- 30-day money-back guarantee
Choose between monthly resets and data that never expires
Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date, not on the first day of the calendar month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Check the panel for your account's current expiry and reset dates. To choose an allowance, consider how much you use for streaming, remote access and file transfers, then decide whether you need to switch plans. You don't need to choose a higher tier just because you have more devices.
Data packages are ¥158 / 300GB, ¥358 / 1000GB and ¥658 / 3000GB. Data is valid until used and never expires. Packages and monthly plans suit different habits: if you use the service occasionally and want to manage your remaining data, see the data package details; if you use it regularly, compare the monthly plan allowances. Long-term validity does not mean unlimited data, and prices across different billing models are not directly comparable over the same period.
Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT. In the user panel, confirm the plan name, billing method and order total, then follow the on-screen payment steps. VPNDeep offers a 30-day money-back guarantee; see the terms of use for full instructions. If you need help with a payment status or plan display, submit a support ticket through the panel with your order details.
View all plans →Frequently asked questions before you start
Keep your account, client, routes and plan separate to find the right place to get help when something goes wrong.
What do I need to create an account?
No email required—just a username and password. Keep your login details safe and use a unique password for your account. Once you're in the panel, check the plan and client download options for your needs. Don't post subscription details publicly, and never include your password in a support ticket.
Does unlimited devices mean unlimited data?
There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at once, but data use depends on your plan. Monthly plans include 60GB, 250GB or 500GB; data packages draw down from the remaining balance. Computers and mobile devices can connect at the same time, but streaming and file transfers all use data. Check your remaining allowance in the panel and plan your usage accordingly.
Netflix loads, so why can't I find the show I want?
Loading the platform only confirms that part of the connection works. The titles available also depend on your exit region, local catalog, account status and how the platform identifies your connection. Check that the title is available in your target region, verify the client's actual exit and test playback. A network subscription does not include a platform membership or guarantee that content will always be available in every region.
ChatGPT won't load. Should I switch clients first?
Don't change every setting at once. Check whether regular websites load, then confirm that your selected exit is in a region supported by the tool. If the site opens but sign-in or features don't work, follow the platform's prompts to check your account and session. Keeping the exact error message is more useful than repeatedly switching clients when distinguishing a network issue from a platform issue.
How can I pay, and can I request a refund if there's a problem?
Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT. A 30-day money-back guarantee is available. Read the plan details and terms before paying. For order, connection or refund issues, sign in to the user panel and submit a support ticket. When describing your device, route and error, leave out your password and full subscription details. See the terms for complete refund instructions.
