How to Use Your VPN Subscription

Set up your account and subscription in the panel, import them into a client for your device, then check the target site and exit region. Skip any steps you’ve already completed.

Create an account and save your credentials

Open the account creation page in the VPNDeep user panel and set a username and password. No email address is required. Choose a username you’ll recognize, and use a password that’s different from the ones you use elsewhere. Store it in a trusted password manager. Before submitting, check your entries—especially your keyboard layout, capitalization, and any accidental spaces—to avoid login problems later.

When you’re done, follow the page instructions to open the user panel. If you’re still on the login page, sign in with the username and password you just created. Plans, Account Overview, downloads, and support tickets are all in the panel; you don’t need to create another account elsewhere. The marketing site and user panel are separate pages. You can also open the panel using “Log in” in the site navigation.

Make sure you can access your account before making a payment. Don’t send screenshots of your password or share your full account page in public discussions. If you can’t log in, first check your details and the on-screen message. For further account support, see the Help Center. There’s no need to keep creating new accounts to continue this guide.

Choose a plan and review your order

Open the Plans section in the panel and choose the billing option that suits you. Monthly plans are suited to regular use: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, or ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on your activation date, not on the first day of each calendar month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Check the panel for the exact change to your plan.

If your usage varies, compare the data packs: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. They last until the data is used and never expire. Monthly plans and data packs work differently, so consider how often you stream videos, download files, or use online tools over time—not just the upfront price. See the pricing page for full prices and billing details.

Once you’ve chosen a plan, open the order page and check the plan name, data allowance, and amount due. Then pay using one of the methods shown. Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported. For USDT, carefully check the network and transfer details on the payment page. Don’t reuse an address or settings from another order. After paying, return to the panel and check the order status; a successful payment message alone doesn’t confirm that your plan is active.

If the status hasn’t updated, keep your order details and refresh the page to check again. Avoid placing a duplicate order. VPNDeep offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. For help with an order or refund, describe the issue through the panel’s support ticket option. See the Terms of Service for details. Once your plan is active, continue to your subscription.

Choose this plan

Get your subscription link from the panel

Open Account Overview and make sure you’re signed in to the account you just paid with. Check your plan status and data, then find the subscription option. If there’s an import option for your client, use it first. A subscription link lets a client retrieve server configuration; it isn’t a regular web address. Don’t paste it into a search engine or judge whether it works by opening it in a browser.

If the panel offers one-click import, install and open the relevant client first, then return to the panel to start the import. If your device asks whether to open an app, check the app name before confirming. If the app doesn’t launch, copy the subscription link and add it as a remote configuration in the client. Copy the full link provided by the panel. Don’t edit its parameters or mistake the page URL for the subscription link.

After pasting the link manually, check for spaces, line breaks, or extra text at either end. Give the configuration a recognizable local name; changing the name won’t affect the servers. Save it, then refresh the subscription or configuration. Once the server list appears, continue to the connection steps. Saving a configuration name alone doesn’t mean the servers have loaded.

Your subscription link is sensitive account information. Anyone who gets it may be able to use the associated configuration. Don’t submit it to unknown online conversion tools or include it in public screenshots, group chats, or shared documents. If you need help, describe the error and hide the link and account details. For advice on securing your subscription or fixing update failures, see the connection guide in the Help Center.

Open Account Overview

Import a client on each platform

Next, open the Downloads section in the panel and choose a client for your device. After logging in, you can download VPNDeep clients for Windows, Android, macOS, and Linux without purchasing a plan. You’ll need to log in to get a subscription, and your plan should be active before connecting. The panel provides the iOS download option based on your active plan status. Don’t download installers with the same name from random search results; this guide doesn’t provide direct installer links.

The steps below cover common platforms. A client may call the same feature “subscription management,” “configuration management,” or “remote configuration.” Look for the option that retrieves server details from a subscription link. If the panel provides an import method tailored to your client, use it rather than converting the configuration yourself.

Windows: Add a remote subscription

In the panel, choose the VPNDeep client for Windows. Install it and open the main window. If Windows displays a source or permissions warning, first confirm the file came from the panel, then follow the prompt as appropriate. Don’t disable your system’s overall protection just to install it. Open the “Subscription” or “Configuration” section, find the option to add or import from a link, paste the subscription link from Account Overview, and save.

Update the configuration and wait for the server list to load. If the client has multiple configurations, select the VPNDeep one you just imported before opening the server selection screen. For your first connection, keep the default routing settings and avoid changing advanced network options. Don’t run another proxy client at the same time, so you can tell which app is handling the connection.

macOS: Import the subscription and check network permissions

Download the VPNDeep client for macOS from the panel, install it as prompted, and open it. Look for “Configuration” or “Subscription.” If the panel offers an app import button, you can use it once the client is installed. To import manually, choose the remote subscription option, paste the link, save, and refresh. Then check that the region and server names appear.

When connecting, macOS may ask to authorize a network configuration or enter your Mac’s administrator credentials. Confirm the prompt comes from the app you just installed before allowing it. If the subscription is imported but your network hasn’t changed, check that the client is actually connected and that no other network proxy tool is running. A menu bar icon alone doesn’t confirm a working connection.

Android: Load servers from your subscription

Get the VPNDeep client for Android from the panel and install it. If Android asks you to confirm the app’s source, check the file and download page before continuing. Don’t change unrelated security settings. Open the client and go to the subscription or configuration list. Use “Add subscription,” “Import from URL,” or a similar option to paste the link. If Android asks to read your clipboard, decide whether to allow it based on this import action.

Update the subscription and select the configuration. Then choose a server and connect. When Android asks to set up a VPN connection, check the app name and allow it. Keep the app in the foreground during your first connection test to avoid background restrictions affecting the result. If the connection drops only after switching apps, check your device’s battery and background settings. Don’t keep pressing Connect before the server list appears.

iOS: Use the download option provided by the panel

Sign in to the panel and make sure your plan is active, then check the Downloads section for the iOS client option. The panel provides this option based on your active plan status. If the page says your plan doesn’t meet the requirements, check your status in Account Overview rather than looking for an installer from an unknown source. Once you have the client, follow the panel’s instructions to import in one tap or add the remote link in the app’s subscription or configuration section.

After importing, refresh the configuration and check that the server list appears before connecting. The first iOS connection may ask to add a VPN configuration and confirm the action with iOS; follow the on-screen prompts. If the panel doesn’t open the app, launch it manually and try importing the copied link. For more detailed instructions, see the iOS VPN Setup Guide for Beginners.

Linux: Match the configuration method to the panel instructions

Linux users should also start in the panel’s Downloads section. Read the installation and configuration instructions for your client, then choose a subscription format it supports. Desktop clients usually have an import option; follow the panel’s current instructions for the exact steps. Don’t reuse configuration file paths or startup commands from another platform, and don’t leave your full subscription link in public terminal logs.

Connect and verify your setup

Choose a region in the server list based on what you need. For general international sites, start with a server suited to your location. To stream a specific region’s catalog or use a service with regional requirements, choose a region supported by that service. VPNDeep covers 120+ countries and 220+ servers, but a region’s presence in the list doesn’t guarantee access to every platform on every server. Check the target site to confirm.

Choose a server and connect. Check that the client shows a connected status, then open the target site. Verify two things separately: whether the site loads and whether the exit region it detects matches your needs. Use a trusted IP lookup site or the target service’s own region information to help confirm the exit region. A connected status in the client doesn’t mean your browser and every app are using the same server.

If a site loads but account features are still unavailable, check the account region, subscription eligibility, and the platform’s own rules. Changing your network exit doesn’t change your account region, billing region, or content rights. For streaming catalog, video quality, or region detection issues, use the Streaming Guide to check each one. This page covers the connection basics; avoid changing advanced routing settings repeatedly at this stage.

If you can’t access anything, pause the client and check that your local network works as usual. Then reconnect and check whether your plan is active, your subscription is up to date, and the right configuration is selected. If all of those are in order, switch to another server suited to your needs and reopen the target app. Change one setting at a time and note what happens before and after each change to pinpoint the issue.

VPNDeep has no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, but you’ll need to configure a client on each device and keep track of shared plan data usage. If you copy your subscription to your other devices, keep the link secure. Once the connection is verified, note the configuration and region you used. If you still have issues, visit the Help Center or submit details about your system, client, target service, and error through a panel support ticket. Don’t include your password or full subscription link.
